What's included: Pre-appointment: In-depth health history assessment, dietary analysis, identification of possible root causes, research into latest evidence-backed dietary/lifestyle/supplement recommendations for main health concerns. - 1 x 90 minute consultation - 1 x 45 minute follow-up (with lab results if any) - 10 x 30 minute follow-ups - Communication with your GP if needed - Functional lab tests and analysis if required (cost not included) - Personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan - Tailored supplement protocol if required - Discount on supplements - Valid for 8 months
